We have a Kenmore 30" Electric Induction Cooktop and we have been very happy with it since purchasing it back in 2012. The other day I went to cook breakfast and neither of the left hand burners would work. I am no Repairman. My wife made me sign a pre-nup stating that I would never repair anything in our home. So she called up Katy Appliance Repair and set up an appointment for Thursday. The repair guy Dave showed up on time, and he seemed to be a really nice guy. He took a look at our unit and said he could fix it but he would need to order parts. He gave me his estimate, and it seemed very fair, so we gave him the go ahead to order the parts and do the work. He called us up 2 days later and said he had the parts and could stop by before close of day, and do the work. I told him that sounds great. He showed up at 4 and had the unit fixed in under an hour. He did a great job, and it has worked fine ever since. The whole experience was pretty painless, and it did not cost us an arm and a leg. All in all this is a great company. They work hard to get your appliance back up and running ASAP and they do it for a fee that does not break the bank. I will continue to use them in the future, and I recommend if you have an appliance that needs repaired in the Houston area, that you also give them a try.

It was the middle of the hottest part of the fall in Katy Texas when the icemaker in our Whirlpool 25 Cu. Ft. French-Door Refrigerator decided to quit working. There is no way I can exist without an ice maker. So we called up Katy Appliance Repair and told them to send somebody out as soon as possible. They had a technician out the next day early. I was so surprised. He took a look at our ice maker, and before I knew it he had it back up in running. Apparently it had just gotten jammed up. He said these refrigerators do that sometime, and he even showed me what to do if it happens again. The whole visit was over in 20 minutes and the price was so reasonable. I felt like I needed to tip the repairman because the whole thing was so cheap. Great company they are fast, reliable, affordable, and convenient. That is why I recommend them to all of my friends.
