I also find great satisfaction in helping to locate issues that could potentially be harmful (such as mold). We are one of only a few State Licensed Professional Home Inspectors in the area that can also perform mold inspections and state certifications. We walk every roof possible, which is the only way to really see underlayment and other issues. We include thermal imaging, sub surface moisture readings for leaks and measuring the foundation for settlement with high tech equipment. We also include sprinkler systems for no charge.
