FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service is based on value pricing, which means, that our pricing is based on the scope of work and the complexity of the bookkeeping and tax preparation work that we need to provide to the client. Our fee is a monthly rate not hourly rate as we believe that this provides our client the peace of mind and will never be surprised with any additional or hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an initial free one hour consultation for us to know more about the company and the owner's specific bookkeeping and tax preparation needs. Based on this initial meeting, we submit a proposal to the r prospective client providing a detailed description of the scope of work and the quoted monthly fee. If everything is acceptable to the client, we request the client to sign the scope of work and engagement agreement so we can get started on on-boarding the new client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
