The plumber did not have plumber's putty, something that should always be on hand, so he had to go to the store to purchase. It would have only taken an hour to do the job since I had already done most of the work before he got there so that added an additional $40 to the cost. I should not have been charged for the time that he left to go get the putty. He had to leave to go to another job but the newly installed drain was too short to connect to the trap. I had to go to get an extender and attempt to connect it myself. I was able to connect it put it's leaking and I have not been able to figure out why. He was nice and the faucet looks great but I was not pleased with the additional charge and the fact that I still have a leak and will probably have to hire another plumber to fix that.

The bid was to only install the new faucet not full with a drain .plumbers putty is not needed for a faucet if you would have informed us the drain needed to be changed we would have been prepared. Also we have a two hour minimum so you were not charged extra. We appreciate the work next time please be more accurate on the job scope for a better experience.
