- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have flat rate pricing, customer will know a concrete price up front before we perform any work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well, we try to gather as much information about the customer and their hvac equipment to better serve them. By doing so, we keep constant communication with customers when it comes to making repairs or setting appointments. We try to always provide 2-3 hour repair windows and provide a call 30 minutes prior to arriving for appointments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NATE Certified EPA Universal Certification GA Conditioned Air License Mechanical Engineer 18 years experience in residential and light commercial equipment.
