Michael O'Brien was not just a real estate agent for me,he was someone who watched after my interest & took control when asked in a very special way. When my husband passed last year it was necessary for me to move almost immediately.I am a handicapped women pron to falls etc. & my children did not want me living alone. Because two sons were out of town or overseas at the time I had two months to to adjust myself to the fact that I needed to move t/b with the son that was settled & stationary. I finally decided they were right & started to make plans to go,however it was too much for me to handle on my end. Michael became known to me & helped me get through a most diffucult time. Everything had to line up for the time each of my three sons had for me. Michael came to my rescue,I was able to make that move within the two months,he reccomended people to help pack me out,lined up the truck & because the cold weather was coming up was in charge of having the house winterized for the the bad months. I was able to leave my home in Pa. & move to N. H. & let Michael have complete charge. He would be intouch with me for decision making & advice at least 2 -3 times a week depending on the issues. He did much more to make this as easy as could possibly be given the situation, I & my 3 sons would certainly reccomend him to anyone needing help. In all Michael sold my home with me in N.H. & property in Pa. had everything done he felt necessary, he was not just another agent,he became a friend !
