Introduction: I mow grass, clean up yards and transform the property into beauty. I enjoy seeing the reaction of the customer when the work is completed and the work exceeded their expectation or what they where thinking. I am fair with my quotes and pricing. When there is a big project I will keep my customers informed along the way as to where the project stands. I will only provide quotes on site. I do not provide blind quotes. Sometimes Thumbtack.com makes me include a quote but I do not like having to provide a quote when I haven't seen the project. The reason for this is because each project is different and the proper quote can only be provided once I have seen the project. My lawn was severely neglected and needed someone to put in time and attention. Bill answered the call. He was very responsive and professional. He gave thorough quotes, up front, and suggested other things he could do to improve the overall project. The results were more than I hoped and my yard went from worst on the block to best. We’re now on schedule to keep the lawn in pristine condition on a regular basis. Knowing it’s under control gives me great peace of mind.

I would absolutely hire again and recommend him to anyone! I hired Bill to take away large piles of yard waste. And he even helped dig out a tree that was growing in between me and my neighbors garage. He removed the tree stump and cleared away branches that were in the way as well. He went above and beyond what I was expecting. He also gave my fiance some useful landscaping tips. Bill responded very quickly and was able to help me out immediately and for a very reasonable price.

Bill is the essential professional. We needed a complete yard cleanup in addition to removing seven shrubs and bushes. Bill is an excellent communicator. He calls to confirm his arrival date and lets us know if the job requires additional time. If he sees something questionable in the yard, he discussed it with us. Bill was very responsive when I contacted him about the project. Bill cleared and cleaned out my over grown planters, he trimmed back the over grown trees in my backyard along the property line/fence line and he even went the extra step to edge my sidewalks. Although, I feel like his work was rushed. He left some yard waste behind in my driveway. A week and a half later I already need to pull weeds in front. In my opinion, I felt like he was wayyyyy over priced for the work he did. I was happy with it at short term, but not long term. I probably would not use bill again unfortunately.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I see the property, I will give you a quote for mowing services. I do not give blind quotes. There can be to many unknown factors to give a blind quote. Once I see the property I will give a quote and I stand behind my quotes and my rates are fair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer and walk the yard with the customer. By meeting with the customer I can get and idea of the yard and what the customer is expecting and how I can best serve the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do possess a Bachelor degree and a Paralegal certificate. I have decided to take my education into being self employed. I have been mowing grass for years and I enjoy mowing the grass and making the yard beautiful.
