- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please request a quote for pricing. For bridal and group events, I charge an hourly rate and require a two-hour minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client contacts me with a request for henna services, I first like to learn all of the information I can about their event or occasion for wanting henna. Next, we'll discuss details of the event or appointment, such ad date, time, location, design style, etc. Once those details are confirmed, I send the client a contract and invoice. Once the contract is signed and the invoice has been paid, the time and date are guaranteed in my calendar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught professional, and have been doing henna designs on myself, and family and friends since high school. I currently hold an International Certification for Natural Henna Artists.
