- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price of the fabric and notions plus the hourly wage it will take me to complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, I would ask the customer what design that they have in mind. Then I would discuss the date of the event. I would then tell them the price it would take to make the garment and ask if they would like to make any changes to the design. After I would ask for measurements and then I will go fabric shopping to complete the gown.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a fashion major at Kent State University. I have made clothing for fashion shows and work on costumes.
