Introduction: With over 20+ years in the restaurant industry and my head chef work, I bring vast knowledge and experience to the table. I most recently did an all organic, farm to table meal delivery system. I enjoy teaching cooking classes and private chef work. My areas of expertise are in American Cuisine from Southern to New England Style, Mediterranean, Indian, Seafood's and Caribbean styles, I also do from scratch baking. I've work extensively with instapot cooking if you'd like to learn all the new rage! I am experienced in healthy, hearty, low cal, carb, keto, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, soy free and dairy free. I offer, cooking classes, meal prep, proportioned meals ahead, senior meals, dinner parties and cocktail parties as well as bar tending services.
