I've run country club dining/kitchens, had my own restaurant. and worked as personal chef for private individuals.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always cooked, and always loved cooking for others... after traveling extensively throughout the US and Mexico, I decided to bring culture and cuisine together, and share with others food they may otherwise never experience.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with anyone from real live cowboys and cowgirls on trail rides to extremely high end formal weddings to corporate team building events
