Two ladies came to our house and did a walk through. They attempted to be professional but failed. They stated they have been in business only a month or so and did not seem to have an overall knowledge of what is involved in cleaning and maintaining a clean home. Their prices were also exorbitant especially for this area. And they tend to nickel and dime for little extras. Most people want their house cleaned for a flat fee no mater what it takes to complete the job. We wish them well but they will experience a lot of bumps in the road unless their approach to house cleaning is adjusted more to fit the area. By the way we did not hire them because of above reasons. Sorry girls.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our very first step is a walk through of the home or office to give an initial quote and discuss with you your needs, expectations and any history you have with other services so we can ensure all your hopes are met and exceeded! The next step is your first cleaning appointment that allows us to get your property to our maintenance standards and any adjustments in future pricing to ensure fairness for all involved! And from then on it's all routine cleaning from there!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between the four of us, we have over 50 years of combined professional and personal cleaning, home and office care! We are happy to put our love and experience to work for your health and benefit!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Due to our family member's medical needs we knew that 'regular' work was out of the question and highly customizable work was needed to care for our income and family needs. So we began looking into what our community needed and how we could be of use- professional cleaning services was just the perfect fit for our skills and needs!
