- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to consult with the clients to learn about what those needs and wants are then utilize that information to create a custom experience to meet those needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Culinary Arts school in 2002 and have worked in restaurants or bakeries since then. Additionally, I have taken continuing education courses to learn new skills in the baking and pastry field.
