Jose arrived exactly when he said he would, explained what the problem was clearly (broken water heater), and made me aware of what my options were. He then helped solve the problem in a timely and efficient manner, all at a very reasonable cost. He also installed a new kitchen faucet. Thank you!

I had several issues going on around the house. Most pressing is the leaking upstairs bath which causes a little shower in my dining room. Also, I had 2 toilets that always run after flushing, a ceiling that leaks in the master bathroom when it rains, and a tub that takes hours to drain (in the master bathroom). Jose came the same day. He was very attentive to what my concerns were and took his time detailing and assessing the problems. He quickly fixed the slow draining tub and was just as fast with the two toilets that were running. What I loved is that initially, I had only requested service for the upstairs bathroom that was leaking. He did not hesitate to assist with everything that I needed. He even ran out to Home Depot to get the necessary parts. And let me tell you ... I do not live anywhere NEAR Home Depot. The leak is a bigger job than a one night mission. It will require going through the wall. We will be arranging a time for that to take place. In the meantime, I feel really good about having a handyman like Jose. It can be scary sometimes because you hear so many horror stories. He is the real deal. Glad I found him.
