- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing has not change for the past 7 years although gas and economy has. I feel that I can still provide an excellent service with-in my pricing. Exceptions may occur if work is outside the area I service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving a reply to my response to the customers request, an address and telephone number make it possible to make contact with customer and make appropriate arrangements for the inspection of property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides having a Degree in Horticulture and Agronomic Sciences, I also have over 25 years of residential irrigation installation, well water installation and water softener installation.
