- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer both residential and commercial rates for our customers. We provide a price list with most Thumbtack quotes. Jobs that are outside of the common pricing, we provide a custom quote to incorporate all of the client's needs in our price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The key to having a great experience with our customers is assessing their needs. We try and get as much information about the items the client needs moved or removed, their timeline and any special issues that might be involved. We explain how we will take care of their project, discuss pricing and then schedule their job. We perform the work and then have our customer review it. We expect and are happy to answer questions throughout the process.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We were looking for a new business opportunity that would allow us to work with other veterans and family members. JDog provided that opportunity as well as the opportunity to work with and help our community. Our personal goal for our business is to do more than earn a profit. We want give back to the people and area that has been so great to us.
