In addition to Jill’s formal education and bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a minor in psychology, she has over 10 years of behavioral health experience and a great deal of self directed education. Following the lead of many brilliant autodidacts before her, Jill has always been enticed by new information and the possibilities that have yet to be uncovered. Jill has ten+ years of social work experience ranging from developmental technician, residential treatment supervisor, psychosocial rehabilitation specialist, case manager, and refugee specialist. She has experience with developmental disabilities, mental health disorders, the impoverished, and refugees. Jill has now formally been a coach for four years, however, she feels coaching is simply an extension of her years working with others within her behavioral health career. In addition to her experience, Jill has learned the art of coaching through many books, online courses, and through receiving coaching herself. Jill is currently serving as the President of the Idaho Life Coach Association.
