- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have standard pricing, before i give out a competetive price. I like to be sure of everthing that is going on the jobsite.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A & J Masonry values every hire opportunity. So we treat our home owners with respect. We travel to our homeowners site at a day and time of their choosing, and we go thru details. Within 2 days our homeowners receive a competetive estimate, in which we specify the scope of work that is to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a third generation mason, i was a labor at the age of 14 with my father, and since that day on i fell in love with the art. I also have a highschool diploma and some collage prepararion, and several years of experience.
