Introduction: I have always encouraged a healthy lifestyle both in myself as well as in others. From as young as I can remember, I have been involved in soccer and physical activities, which has led to my passion of nutrition and ultimately my bachelor's degree in nutrition, exercise and health science/dietetics. I have experience working with a variety of clients, ranging from a former professional football player to highly obese and sedentary individuals to the average intermediate exerciser. While at home with my first child, I enjoyed starting my own fitness boot camp in our neighborhood. There was a late morning class where moms or dads could bring their child along to play with chalk or bubbles or on the play ground while we would walk and alternate various body weight strength exercises, also utilizing equipment already in place on the playground and many times even our own children for added weight. Occasionally I would bring resistance bands and medicine balls for the exercises. In the evenings, children would stay home while we enjoyed a high-paced resistance training circuit.
I am truly passionate about nutrition, exercise and overall health. I love instilling this passion in others. Other than personal gains in maintaining personal health and activity, I live to serve and motivate others.
