- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to chat on the phone or meet in person for a complimentary consultation to see if we are a good fit for each other. I like to share my background, qualifications, my skill sets and my programs one to one so I can answer any questions that may not be answered here.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience coaching one on one in previous positions as a mentor, manager and trainer/teacher. I have trained in A.C.T. (Accountable Communication Technology) - a leadership program that teaches how to take personal responsibility for our actions, feelings and behaviors in a way that is assertive without being aggressive. I have created employee programs aimed at discovering, supporting and building employee morale while targeting individual skill sets for strengthening and growth.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am passionate about sharing with the world how we can be the arbiters of our destinies and take back the reins to our happiness. We get to choose how our lives play out and my job is to support my clients in realizing the infinite possibilities when they are standing too close to see them - something we all can relate to and have experienced.
