We purchased our stone from Kyle to update our old 60's fireplace in our downstairs rec room. I wanted a 1-piece hearth stone; Kyle custom made one for us. He is very meticulous about his work and went above and beyond to make us happy. We love it!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Stone prices are between $4.50 and $4.95 sq/ft for flats, $5.50 and $5.95 ln/ft for corners, which for the quality of stone you receive, is the best price you're going to find in the Kansas City area. Installations vary in price depending on whether you're doing interior or exterior installation, but on average you'll be looking at roughly $12.50 sq/ft for delivery, labor and materials, not including stone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Determine what type of stone and color they would like for their home, figure out when a good time would be to install the stone, then manufacture, deliver, and install the stone at their earliest convenience.
