D&R Roofing did an excellent job of repairing the roof. They arrived as scheduled called when they said they would attended to other problems on the roof that we were unaware of and cleaned up their mess when they finished. It was as if they had not been there. I highly recommend Roger Blankenship and his company!

Roof was supposed to be finished on a certain day. Materials ended up being late. Then the wrong materials were sent. Roger went out of his way to get the right materials. Had to drive to Chattanooga to get them himself. Very personable also. Job finished, looks very nice. I was able to tell they had been here though. Shingles and wood, nails and trash left. I had to take trash to the road myself for our trash pickup. Not happy about that but they were unable to get a dumpster. Job finished after dark so we didn't notice a couple of things that were missed. Hasn't been able to come back yet after 5 days.

I like that Roger responded to me in minutes . He was in the area and stopped by to access the job. He gave me a quote online based on my description. Once he inspected what needed done, he said his quote was fair and would be what he quoted. He arrived on time the next morning to do the job. He had estimated the job would take 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes. He was actually done in 40 minutes. For this reason only, I thought the price might be less, but the price was for the job not how long he was there. I would hire him again for roofing and gutter needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to connect with our customers on a personal level from the first encounter. Finding out what needs we can meet for the customer that will help improve their every day lives is a lot of what we enjoy about the roofing profession. We work with the customer to set appointments and meetings around their first priorities.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in seven types of roofing systems, and have two completed years of business college.
