Pete has serviced my AC and furnace units for several years and I could not be more more pleased. He is extremely knowledgeable in his work and recognizes any suspect problems which may occur in the future. Believe me when I say, "suspect," issues need to be repaired ASAP. I did and it prevented serious repairs down the road. Pete is always well groomed which is something I demand in anyone who enters my house to service any of my appliances, etc. If the service person is not, I'll ask for another. Before Pete leaves my home after the service, he ALWAYS asks if he can do anything else for me. Yeah, I guess I could use a car wash!!!!! I would not hesitate one moment to use his services. Pete came to my home before I purchased it to inspect my systems, and do a carbon monoxide test. Everything was good. I have old units but working just fine. After purchasing my home he came back and cleaned my furnace thoroughly. The difference was amazing, and disgusting! Very fair price, and he explained how my furnace works and which way the filter goes in :) Will definitely use again.

Quick service, great pricing, and excellent attention to detail. Dr. P's didn't try to oversell me and gave me A la carte pricing. Told me what I could do now, do in the next year, etc. No pressure, just great advice. I would highly recommend Dr. P's to anyone looking for HVAC work done. A++

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is upfront and a flat rate, service call is always waived with repair un less it's late night. We price by the job and not by the hour so the price we agree on will remain the same no matter how long it takes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Treat every client the same, my price is the same regardless of the area i am serving. Figure out what your trouble/need is and address with solutions that the client feels comfortable and informed in when making critical choices. Love for clients to tag along during service call, they usually feel like they are standing over but i truly enjoy giving knowledge and answering questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Vocational Training at the Oldham County Vocational School - 3 years at ABC trade school while in the field -10 years experience in the field -Master License -NATE Certified
