- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is upfront and a flat rate, service call is always waived with repair un less it's late night. We price by the job and not by the hour so the price we agree on will remain the same no matter how long it takes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Treat every client the same, my price is the same regardless of the area i am serving. Figure out what your trouble/need is and address with solutions that the client feels comfortable and informed in when making critical choices. Love for clients to tag along during service call, they usually feel like they are standing over but i truly enjoy giving knowledge and answering questions.
