- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't sell on price. We aren't the most expensive, but we are not interested in being the cheapest. We are very experienced and deliver exceptional value, since we know how to make each element of your marketing communications work to build your business for the long term. We take pride in helping our clients realize their goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a standard list of questions to help us understand your goals and how to make you stand out from your competition. Then we submit a proposal for the work with a timeline for the layouts, the approval process and revisions to meet an agreed-upon deadline. The proposal will become the core of the contract. Next, we put together an estimate that will become our budget for the project. Our payment schedule is usually linked to the timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ann Wiegand is principal designer. She has over 25 years of experience as an advertising art/creative director with large Chicago agencies and many awards for advertising and design. She also has a Masters Certificate in Internet Marketing from The University of San Francisco's business school, which included certification in usability, SEO, interactive marketing and measurement. Ann calls on several of her colleagues with similar backgrounds in different disciplines in marketing communications, including writers, social media experts, coders, researchers, photographers and illustrators when the project calls for their skills.
