I always hate to give a bad review, but also feel a responsibilty to share so others can learn from our mistakes. We had a small, but necessary, time-sensitive job that needed to be done. Repairs to our metal roof. There was a $1,200 minimum which we agreed to because this company came highly recommended and we wanted the job done correctly and professionally. We met with a nice young man and scheduled the job. The day the crew was coming out, we had to be away from home. My husband called the office to ensure that it wasn't necessary that we be here. He was told he did not. We informed our housekeeper that a crew of men were coming, but she would not be disturbed by them. We left. The first thing the crew did when they arrived was knock on the door despite the fact that we told them we would not be home. She timidly opened the door to speak to them and they started asking her what they were there to do! She got my husband on the phone. We were 30 minutes away, in the middle of something, and could not easily explain the job over the phone. My husband called the young man with whom we originally spoke and told him he was upset with the lack of professionalism and that the crew had no idea what to do to our roof. Anyway, they spent 16 man hours working. About a week after the repairs were done, we get a call informing us the same young man was going to come out, inspect the job and bring our invoice. My husband said, "Well that's something, anyway. At least he wants to make sure the job was done right" Well, he did not show up, but sent a teenager. The teenager didn't know if he was to inspect the barn or the house. He did neither. He then presented me with an invoice, took our $1,200 check and left. We were willing to pay a high price for professionalism. We did not get that and just pray the job was done correctly. We'll see. I cannot recommend this company.

I invested just under $8,000. for a 15 X 25 repair and couldn't get a minor adjustment fixed after the repair. I was promised that it would get fixed...3 months later still waiting. Vincent was supposed to call but 1 month later still waiting. I had an additional quote for more work but I have said 5 times, I can't commit until the original work is complete

I have recently had business done from vincent's Roofing and they did an awesome job.They were straight to the point and reasonable with pricing. I would refer them to anyone.

Wow! I used to run my own remodel /repair business in Austin,TX until physical limitations took over. I am a picky man and I must say, The only thing I'm unhappy with is that Vincent Roofing gave me nothing to complain about...I mean nothing! The sales ref, to the receptionists to the superheroes who somehow did my roof in 1 day. Upon completion I scrutinized my roof both on top and from the attic. Vincent roofing did it better and for less than I expected. Their 50yr roof was $100.00 less than the next closest bid and it was for a 25yr roof. I can not say enough good about the folks at Vincent Roofing in the LaGrange Texas area!!!

Hope you wednesday is going better than mine. My chimney is still leaking and I am in the process of replaceing the damaged ceiling. Last time you sent a tech he went on the roof and hammered for 10 minutes and left without telling me what he did..... Apparently nothing.... let me remind you this will be the fourth time after the initial repair for me to call you. To say the least...this needs to be fixed.
