Pricing depends a lot on food, season, and amount of people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My main interest is finding out what my client wants in order to succeed in fulfilling their expectations and surpassing them. I want my clients to impress their guests and feel more than satisfied with my services
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone to Gambero Rosso in Rome, Italy and the Cordon Bleu Academy that used to exist in Florence. I also have 14 years of restaurant/hotel experience.
