- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We make a Custom Product. No two windows are exactly the same and we have to adjust for many different variables. Pricing over the phone is very difficult, we usually estimate high just to protect ourselves from mistakes... We Really Recommend going to your home, evaluating & measuring the windows and then showing you all we can provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love taking to each customer, gathering a little about their project and scheduling one of our Sales & Design Consultants to go to their home (at no Charge) to discuss all our options, look at each of the windows & doors to be considered. We then will work out pricing for their requests... There are always many different things to consider and we like to make sure everything is explained & understood.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Avalon Shutters has 30 years of expertise. We make sure each of our Sales & Design Consultants, know our products well and they can help guide you into to making great choices for your home. All our In-Home People are bonded, insured and well trained.
