FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of immigration is flat-fee based,as are some contracts, but that is not possible for litigation. There are times, however ,that our client wants less than we suggest, and we can modify our prices. We would rather save you money and have you refer us to your friends than charge you once and never see you again.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client first contacts us, we offer a free consultation, which can be by phone, Skype, or in-person. We ascertain the problem and then propose a solution, and the costs. Once we are hired, we prepare a questionnaire of what we require. Each client is different, and each case is tailored to the needs of that client, no different than a custom-made suit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
More than lawyers, we are businesspeople with a law degree. We know you are looking for a solution that is rapid and cost-effective. We run 3 other companies and a charity for abused dogs in addition to our law firm; we get how the world and business works; we get the job done, and if it can't be done, we tell you before you hire us.
