Introduction: I am an internationally successful artist development, A&R executive (formerly of A&M Records) and Record Producer. Artists hire me to develop their songwriting and production and live performance talents to help them develop then launch their music careers as artist/songwriters/live performers. I have worked with Colbie Caillat, Janet Jackson, John Mayer, Sting and many other multi-platinum artists. I am now based in San Diego and am looking for young, independent artists who have the talent to be hit songwriters and successful touring artists. You hire me and I help get you there... I love assisting the artists to develop new aspects of their talents that they may not see are living inside of them. Working together is a thrill for me as I witness the growth in song and lyric writing, arranging and singing/performing live.
