I have used Cindy as a caterer for medium sized (50-10) parties for years. Always professional, always delicious, a pleasure to work with.

Cindy has provided drop-off catering for several events (mini-muffalettas - yum!). I have also attended her class on Cajun/Creole cooking. The class was very fun and informative. Her cooking professionalism are top-notch. She is also a wedding officiant and performs a beautiful ceremony!

Cindy came over to my house to teach me how to cook gumbo. She went over the history of the dish and the various ways it could be prepared (Cajun versus Creole, etc.). It was a great experience and I will definitely have her over for another cooking class soon!
