Introduction: We have a rather unorthodox policy where we actually show up when we say we're going to OR we do this crazy thing where we call you to let you know we can't make it instead of have you wait around for us for hours. (Your mind = blown, right?)
We don't pay any employees "under the table." Our crew consists of polite, personable, courteous and skilled W-2 (payroll) employees who have gone through at least two rounds of interviews, a background check, drug screening and motor vehicle report and have been trained to clean up the job site at the end of each day. We hire people who are versatile so we can keep them working year-round. We wouldn't send someone to your home that we wouldn't send to a dear family member's home and because of the quality of our employees, we offer them competitive pay and benefits to encourage them to stick around. While we aren't the cheapest (who really wants to be?), we are fair and don't price gouge.
Our business model is based on prioritizing the quality of the relationship with the customer over solely focusing on high dollar jobs. We pride ourselves on getting called for additional work as well as on our referrals from our customers. One of our techs changing your doorknob for you is just as important to as as a huge remodel. We stand behind our work and want you to want to tell your friends great things about us so if you aren't happy, we're miserable!
