- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for my services are hourly but I also offer flat rates depending on the time it takes for each service . Currently I offer style consultations for no cost , as this will be an opportunity to see if the potential client and I are a great fit . If a client does decided to hire me at least 50% of the service fee has to be paid before services start. Any client that cancels a service without at least a 24 hours notice may be charged a late cancellation fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers , I try to give them as much info as possible as well as answer any questions they might have . My overall goal is to make sure the customer/client and I have a mutual understanding of what is to be expected .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I gained experience/ hands on training with an online styling company where I became a Online Professional Stylist , I was able to begin offering services for a fee versus only unpaid work.
