What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initially, I have a one-time fee to access the situation. I then find out the budget of the customer and come up with a weekly contract.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At first, I have a phone conversation to find out the issues and the goal of the customer. Then, I would send the customer some poignant questions to find out the status of the company that I am going to help. Finally, I would come up with the plan of actions and implementation to achieve the goal of the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Option in Finance. I have taken few MBA courses as well as Project Management Certification courses.
