Introduction: My goal is to help the body get back to homeostasis. I do my best to take all things into account because there are many pieces to a puzzle. I address lots of different issues such as but not limited to : pain, stiffness, digestive issues, PTSD, injuries, anxiety, trauma, fatigue, depression, stress, and fluid retention. My favorite part of what I do is helping people and educating them on their bodies so they can feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Alex is very thorough with her detail to attention where it is needed during massage. Her intuition and keen sense of direction on which muscles need attention makes a massage experience with her very effective. I would definitely recommend Alex as a massage therapist!

My prices are lower then a typical spa and I provide more personal and personalized care.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended and graduated valedictorian at Unitech Training Academy for massage therapy and I have also taken a myofascial cupping class. I will be taking more classes in the future.
