Chef Vickie and crew catered our wedding. From the minute she responded on thumbtack to the minute she left our wedding, everything was perfect. She was very responsive to our requests, and changes. The food OH MY GOODNESS the food!! Everyone raved on the meal and service. Couldn't ha e asked for a better meal and service. Chef Vickie personally played my wife and I's plate. The crew catered to our every need and even got into the reception dancing. Best experience possible and would HIGHLYrecommend this awesome Chef and crew to anyone who wants an excellent meal from a great crew. Thanks Chef Vickie for making our day so perfect.

Mccoy Creations catered our wedding the food was excellent , the presentation was great everything was completed with elegance and love. The setup added such a great ambience for the reception and I've never tasted salmon fish so pleasant. It was good to see that our family and friends all wanted food to take home. I was so over joyed. Everyone enjoyed the hors d'oeuvres, fruit trays, vegetable trays, salad and the dinner. We were so pleased that we booked for Sunday evening dinner since we still had family and friends in town before we flew out for our honeymoon and again it was a great success!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard pricing with my drop off menu service...however, I give a steep discount to Thumbtack customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer emails me. I call and talk with customer about his/her needs. They decided based on the quoted price whether to hire me. We then proceed to developing the menu and services for the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a diploma as a certified culinarian of Arts. I have a safety and sanitation certification with SafeServ. I also have two other higher education degrees and a diploma in paralegal studies.
