Chef Brian York is an outstanding chef AND an extraordinary instructor, mentor and individual. His devotion to the foundation and basics of food prep and technique are in everything he cooks and his ability to flex his communication style to reach each student is phenomenal! Chef Brian is a rare and wonderful professional.

I have had the privilege of working with Chef Brian for over 5 years. I was an Event Director for a large company who owned upscale apartment communities in Orange County. Chef Brian was our resident Chef at our monthly community cooking classes. He is AMAZING! His personal recipes are fantastic, his instruction is top notch and his way with people is unparalleled! I would recommend Chef Brian to anyone looking for a fantastic event, whether it is a small personal gathering or a large scale event, you can't go wrong with Chef Brian!
