Abbey booked us four nights at an outstanding property on Miami Beach. The resort made some errors when we checked in but Abbey was available and straightened everything out with the manager. She even got us a double upgrade for the small problem we had She has done such a good job, that I've switched to her entirely now for all my business and personal bookings.
