Started out great, then slowly went south. First, he talks big, but does not come through on his word. Hired him to do a concrete pad. He was told it had to be exactly 32x25, 4 inches thick minimum, and a smooth garage floor like finish. What I got was an out of square, very rough finish, pad that at one corner is hardly 2 inches thick. At the start we were going to hire him for a metal roof for our house and a room addition. Glad we started with the concrete and not let him butcher our house. I would not trust this guy to build a sand castle.
