- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing includes any travel & lodging with no hidden or additional fees. Additional live music minutes requested the day of will be charged at the rate listed on your performance agreement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Redwine Band works with a booking agent and band manager for all events. Aaron Stark, The Redwine Band's booking agent, has years of experience with promotions and event planning and will spare no expense to make your vision come to life. Whether entertaining a group on the last day of the conference, or having a company party to celebrate a recent success, leave with a lasting impression of "Texas Country" as a gift in hiring The Redwine Band as your choice of entertainment. Aaron is available for you at all times and your satisfaction is guaranteed. Upon requesting to book TRB for your event, you will receive a performance agreement, client profile, timeline blueprint, W9, deposit invoice and balance invoice. Once the deposit is paid, the date is secured with the band and the balance is due no later than the day of but can me made anytime earlier.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a prerequisite, each member of TRB has a minimum of 10 years of professional stage experience, over 20 years of study in their specific field of expertise and at least 2 years of music theory or study at the university level.
