- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different. It is very difficult to quote a dollar amount over the phone or email without doing a site survey as there are many variables. We like to get to know our clients and their needs, and install what we know works consistently every time. Give us a call any time for a free site survey.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a brief phone call, we will set up a time to come out to your business or residence to do a walk through. This helps us get an idea of what your goals are and your areas of importance. We will go over details to get the best results for your property, your budget, and will show a live demo of the cameras we offer. A quote will be put together with a final number that will not change. We pride ourselves on honest, up front pricing that caters to each customers' budget. We will work around your schedule and timing including weekends!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've enjoyed electronics since I was about 6 or 7 years old when I got my first record player. I was constantly taking apart everything in the house, and putting it back together. Drove my parents nuts but it always worked when I was done, sometimes better than before. This evolved into car audio, then home audio, computers, networks, and now cameras.
