- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a new customer decides to hire us, their first step is to find our quoting sheet and determine if our prices will fit your budget. If so, request a quote and we will be in contact with you from there. To get a quote before the service, we will meet the customer at their house before the service date and map out every part of the service. However, a verbal quote can be created if desired, but the price would be subject to change upon service date.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The founders of TJR Holiday Lights are two brothers from Orlando, Florida. They started out doing their parents house while they still lived with their parents. After a few years, they started to work on friends and neighbors houses after they got out of high school class. Now that they have both graduated high school, the founders have both moved down to Boca Raton and are attending Florida Atlantic University. The oldest, Tyler, is a senior and is finishing his degree in management for entrepreneurship. Jake is the second founder, and he is a freshman studying civil engineering.
