My goals in hiring design/home improvement services was to update an outdated, worn, and builder-grade flooring; to replace/update a bathroom vanity; and replace/refresh a stair railing all on a strict budget. While my budget did not allow for a complete replacement of stair railing, I was able to get the type/look of flooring I wanted and the bathroom vanity/sink completed for a reasonable price. When they removed the existing bathroom vanity, an ongoing plumbing issue was noticed, addressed, and fixed before installing the new - all within our initial budget. My family and I are pleased with the end result.

Bill from Sea Level Property Management came to my house, helped me choose colors for all of the construction white walls in my house and then he and his team came in and completed the job. He looked at each room and based on my decor, personality and wants, helped me choose the perfect color for each that would compliment my furniture/artwork and give the room the character I was after. He and his team were very professional and there was no mess left after the job. I can tell he prides himself on his work. You will be very pleased with his service. I will be contacting him soon for other design projects that I have as he is very skilled in other aspects of design as well.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to view and price each project on its own merits custom to the client. A "standard" pricing system may exclude clients that are looking for excellent quality and service while being budget conscious and not address all of their issues. 30 minutes in.person can make all the difference and allow you to meet us and get comfortable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone conversation with the client to discuss their needs, get comfortable and on the same page then set aside 20-30 minutes to evaluate the project and discuss any specifics and truly understand the clients needs before pricing so that I may be as specific as possible to ensure we are offering the best product at the best price for everyone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years of on the job training with professional builders, craftsmen, builders and developers, business education, design and realty licensing.
