Introduction: I am a Central Florida-based, full-service travel agent and I specialize in old-fashioned customer service. I'm kind, I'm patient, I'm knowledgeable, I won't lie to you, and I'll get information to you as quickly as possible. I pride myself on catering to customers' needs and budgets, whether they be first class luxury or economy sized and I'm associated with one of the nation's largest travel companies, so every supplier and destination is at my (and therefore your) disposal. In my own travels, I have been to England multiple times, France, Italy, Switzerland, Canada, most of the U.S., Mexico, St. Martin, Puerto Rico, Grand Cayman, Jamaica, and the Bahamas. I have cruised with Disney, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Carnival, and MSC. When I am not hard at work for a client, you can often find me at Walt Disney World. As an annual passholder I get to the parks at least once every two weeks and have stayed in almost every resort.

We traveled to our family reunion in West Virginia this past summer and Stefanie made our reservations and we were very happy. After we were back home, my nephew and his wife, were at a medical convention and wanted to meet us for dinner on Friday evening. Since she had been in classes until 9:30 at night, they wanted to go some place where he could get a steak and she could get some really good seafood. Since they were near Celebration and we have always loved the Columbia Restaurant, I contacted Stefanie and she made our reservations. I am not sure what she did but, were treated by the whole restaurant staff as if we were special family members. From the minute we walked in and until we left. the service was excellent and they ( Dr. and nephew) were really impressed. And we all loved the food !!!! Thanks, Stef!!!!!

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cruise, trips or tours are priced by the suppliers. My services as your travel agent actually come at no additional cost since like a real estate agent I am paid by the seller and not by you the buyer. I can usually match any published price you find on the internet as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to take a bit of time to really find out what a client is looking for. For instance, when thinking of honeymoon travel, there is a great deal to consider. Is the couple wanting activity, adventure, seclusion, pure relaxation, roughing it, absolute luxury, a cruise, a country hopping tour, a trip combined with volunteering? What is the budget and how do they prefer to travel- via ship, via car, via RV, via train, via plane? Once I have an idea of what the customer is looking for, I will provide options and once an option is selected, take care of all necessary details to ensure the clients' travels are stress free and amazing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BSBA with a major in marketing from the University of Florida, more than 25 years of customer service expertise, and multiple certifications from travel suppliers such as the Sell River Cruise Certification, Club Med Expert Agent, Disney College of Knowledge Graduate, and many more.
