- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cruise, trips or tours are priced by the suppliers. My services as your travel agent actually come at no additional cost since like a real estate agent I am paid by the seller and not by you the buyer. I can usually match any published price you find on the internet as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to take a bit of time to really find out what a client is looking for. For instance, when thinking of honeymoon travel, there is a great deal to consider. Is the couple wanting activity, adventure, seclusion, pure relaxation, roughing it, absolute luxury, a cruise, a country hopping tour, a trip combined with volunteering? What is the budget and how do they prefer to travel- via ship, via car, via RV, via train, via plane? Once I have an idea of what the customer is looking for, I will provide options and once an option is selected, take care of all necessary details to ensure the clients' travels are stress free and amazing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BSBA with a major in marketing from the University of Florida, more than 25 years of customer service expertise, and multiple certifications from travel suppliers such as the Sell River Cruise Certification, Club Med Expert Agent, Disney College of Knowledge Graduate, and many more.
