What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Speaker fees are $250 - $1000 Coaching fees are $150/90 min session Coaching fees are based on the program or monthly. I offer several coaching programs: CHLL, Passion and Power Within, Success Strategies, POISE Speaker training are the most popular. Fees are due at the start of the 1st session and at the first of the month thereafter, if a payment program is agreed upon. Discounts are avail for Non-profit corporation engagements
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a initial conversation to clarify what you want to achieve and identify any challenges. We set a foundation for working together and establish the problem solving methodology as well as define the outcomes to work toward. We also define our celebration plan for achievement. Every success should be celebrated.
