Introduction: We are a Counseling Center that works with women and teens help set goals to help better achieve work life balance and greater self esteem, and less anxiety. We also have a lot of experience working with people in different stages of grief and loss.
I love helping people in different stages of their lives, and being able to help them with a wide variety of concerns that they may have. I really enjoy seeing my clients achieve goals that they set in sessions, that makes it very enjoyable work.

I'm so thankful for a lot of the wisdom Erin has shared with me when I've spoken to her. She's helped me see through a lot of dark places, and it helped me through some tough decisions in my career. She is intelligent, compassionate, and has a way of helping you feel comfortable and never rushed as you work through the things in your head and heart. It's comforting to know she could relate to many of the things I was going through, and I would definitely recommend her if you are looking for a therapist.
