Phil Manley did a great job renovating our home! He is a perfectionist and doesn't consider the job complete until the client is satisfied. We love our new kitchen and flooring! Thanks Phil!!

Phil Manley from Manley Development, Inc. has been our general contractor since we moved into our 1980's home five years ago. He has renovated our master bath, basement, and most recently our kitchen. He is creative, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable in the field. Phil is upfront with change orders and their impact on budget. He finished the projects in a timely fashion. Phil is an absolute pleasure to work with! We highly recommend Manley Development, Inc and plan on hiring them for future renovations.
