What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Installation or replacement of heating & cooling units is quoted at no cost to the customer. We offer a do-it-yourself option as well if you would like to save money by doing part of the project yourself. Preventive maintenance is $85 per unit and includes normal cleaning, operational checks, and 1" pleated filter. A service call is $40 for travel, $88/hour labor and any parts if needed in our primary service area. Labor is rounded to 15 minute intervals and there are no diagnoses fees. Why do we offer time and material pricing over flat rate pricing? By breaking down our pricing, you can see exactly what service and material we provided for you. This also saves you money because you are only paying for what you actually get.

Our senior technician has over 25 years of experience and is continuously training to keep up-to-date in the HVAC trade.

We work with residential customers, generally working directly with the homeowner or rental agencies.
