- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Based on the job and how long it takes, my services usually take anywhere from 2-4 hours (once all the parts are at my shop). My rate is $15/hr. for labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Beginning off, I introduce myself and ask what the customer is looking for. I send a survey to the customer allowing me to narrow down the possibilities for a build. This is based upon: price range, graphical experience, colors, etc. I then give the customer a few options along with my own input so they are satisfied with their order. After a setup has been chosen they recieve the payment amount and it is sent to my shop to be built and configured. Then it is sent to the customer and they are free to enjoy.
