I needed the back door to my home replaced. Chris came over and looked at it. He seemed very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how he would do the job better than others by using special fasteners to the block foundation as well as other things to secure the door well. I was told that the work would be done on Sunday 6/26. On the evening of 6/25, Chris called and said he would be sending his brother and a helper over to replace the door because he was busy with another job. Long story short, they showed up. They didn't have screws, shims or caulk so I had to head out to the hardware store to pick up supplies they should of had. The door was not installed correctly and does not close correctly...the deadbolt lock does not line up with the hole in the striker. This left the door unsecured. I called Chris in the afternoon of 6/26 when they were "done" and explained the situation. He told me that he would be out personally the following evening at 5:30pm to fix the issues. He never showed up, did not return a text message and does not answer his phone. Cannot leave a message due to voicemail box being full. Use this person's services at your own risk.

Arrived promptly, replaced singles and they look great, plus walked roof and secured some flashing and other shingles that needed attention. Explained everything done when completed. Would recommend to others.
