- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some jobs are standardized, some can not be. Electrical work is complicated and sometimes many hands have been in the kitchen so to speak, and sometimes they should not have been! So trouble calls have to be flexible but if things are going to be to messy we always tell our customers "there options and rewiring makes more sense than spending 3 hours chasing ghosts . "
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We answer all questions! It's your home and your money ! We always give the customers options and there is never any pressure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went through an apprenticeship and many years of technical school training.
